The facility includes a bar, a pizzeria with seating for about 700, and a space dedicated to live music. It’s a complex operation characterized by high service volumes, especially during peak periods, when speed, precision, and coordination among the various departments are essential.   The Challenge For I Due Re, it was important to identify a technological solution capable of supporting staff throughout the various stages of service while simultaneously simplifying operational management. The main objectives were: To make the work of the dining room staff faster and easier To improve communication between the dining room and the kitchen To quickly and efficiently manage orders directly from the beach To have intuitive and easy-to-use software, even for newly hired staff The Solution To meet the establishment’s needs, Labware worked alongside I Due Re to evaluate the most suitable configuration, building an integrated solution capable of connecting the various service points. The system includes: 3 cash register workstations smaRT NFC fiscal printers Service printers for the various production centers IQ Order, for taking orders directly at the table via a handheld device 4Order, for managing orders directly from the beach All systems communicate with each other in an integrated manner, allowing orders to quickly reach the cash register and the relevant production centers. Delivery management is now fully integrated into the restaurant’s operational workflow! Receive Deliveroo orders directly at the register and in the kitchen, with no manual steps required. With the new integration between Labware and Deliveroo, managing delivery orders becomes even simpler, faster, and more centralized. Orders from Deliveroo automatically arrive in the POS system and the kitchen*, eliminating the need for dedicated devices or manual entry. A more efficient workflow that reduces errors and improves service speed. The integration also allows you to manage the menu directly at the register: dishes, prices, and availability are updated in a single location, keeping the menu perfectly aligned between dine-in and delivery. The benefits of the integration: Automatic receipt of Deliveroo orders; Takeout orders automatically synchronized with the POS and kitchen; No manual entry or additional devices required; Reduced operational errors; Centralized menu that’s always up to date; Faster and more efficient delivery management. *The integration requires activation of 4Order, the solution developed by Labware for managing online orders
